What is Hair Growth Cycle On Head?
There are 4 stages of hair growth, which follow a cyclic pattern
1. Anagen or growth phase – 2 to 7 years
2. Catagen or regression phase – 10 days
3. Telogen or resting phase – 3 months
4. Exogen or shedding phase – resting hair reaches its terminal position, 50-100 hair strands shed in a day which is normal.
